you are all so sweet for welcoming me back with open arms after almost 11 months of sporadic posting. (Rooney is 11 months old tomorrow!) i’ve missed coming to this space to write and share, but this is the first time i’ve felt like i have room to add it back into my life. motherhood is no joke :) have a great weekend!

      Hmm…I think it’s a fountain? It’s part of a prayer garden at our church. Looks a bit dreary this time of year :)

    Love the pattern mixing. I’m not super adventurous in pattern mixing (plus, I often think it looks like people are trying too hard to look different/edgy/whatever), but this absolutely works for me.Your pants look phenomenal on you! And I love that sweater. I keep seeing polka dots and yet, I don’t believe I have any. I’ll be beginning my hunt now…

        Oooh, love it! I’ve always wondered about the treated finish on pants. Sometimes they feel weird to the touch…are they softer on the inside?
