goodness, it has been so long since i posted an outfit. i can’t decide if i miss it or not. i guess i do, a little. but even more than that i like that i can get dressed without over-thinking it, like i used to. it got to a point with style blogging for me that i was very critical of what i was wearing. it didn’t feel as fun or free to get dressed. there are times when you need to push yourself, and times when you need to take a break. to take the pressure off. new motherhood is pushing me so hard that i need my outfits to be easy and comfortable. i’m just in a different season right now. sometimes i wear the same outfit for three days straight, until i can no longer hide the spit-up. it’s kind of awesome.
i’ve had “black pencil skirt” on my list of wants for probably two years now, but thanks to this one from tees by tina, i get to go cross it off now!
